citylife church takes very seriously our ministry to the city, the country and the world. It our goal to equip leaders, plant churches, evangelizes through works of kindness and caring for needs, and to encourage the Body of Christ. We support over 50 missionaries including support agencies that are doing the work of ministry around the world that we cannot do on a regular basis. There are a number of ways to connect with us, and we look forward to partnering with you to share the Love of Christ, across the street and around the world.
Through programs like Serve Saturday, our Back to School Bash and Thanks For Giving outreach, members of citylife church step outside the walls of the church to reach those in need throughout Tampa Bay. We want to reach our community, whether it is building bunk beds in a local home for children, refurbishing a church, or building a ramp in a veteran’s home, we want to help those in need.
Short-term mission trips are planned to various parts of the world with medical, construction, kids ministry and training teams to bring help and hope to people around the world. Trips to over twenty countries including Nicaragua, Philippines, Colombia, Cambodia, Brazil, Mexico have resulted in people on the street, in schools, churches, etc., being reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through teaching and practical needs being met.
Our Global Partnerships with Church of God Orphanages, People for Care and Learning, International School of Learning Development, Galcom, Missionary Ventures and many other agencies help us to reach out to the world through digging wells, providing motorcycles, teaching locals how to do ministry, caring for the homeless, etc. To learn more about partnership with citylife Missions, please check out our missions partner portal.
Each year, citylife endeavors to complete a variety of large scale projects aimed at helping specific groups of people. In the past, we have built churches, orphanages, and schools. We have trained leaders, invested in single parent households, and cultivated support models for families of children with special needs.
