Contribution Statements

To better serve you, citylife church is offering you greater flexibility to view and print your individual 2019 giving statement for the upcoming tax season.

Follow the simple steps below:
1. Click the “CONTRIBUTION STATEMENTS” button below
2. Log in or set up your account
3. Go to the “Your Giving” tab

You will be able to see your 2019 giving as well as download and print your contributions statement. This information can be accessed directly by you and for you. To access or set up your citylife profile, click the “ACCESS OF CREATE PROFILE” button.
