Pastor Tony is the Lead Pastor of citylife church…a dynamic, 5000 member, multi-ethnic, multi-generational church in Tampa, Florida with 2 campuses. citylife church was named as one of the fastest growing churches in America multiple times by Outreach Magazine and Lifeway Research.

Along with his pastoral responsibilities, Pastor Tony serves on numerous international
ministry boards and also oversees a network of affiliate churches. Additionally, he

• was elected as 1st Assistant General Overseer of the Church of God, Cleveland, TN
• serves as co-chair for the Empower 21 USA Cabinet
• travels nationally and internationally speaking at churches and conferences
• hosts a weekly broadcast of citylife church TV reaching into over 10 million homes
• has been featured on Fox News, Fox and Friends, TBN, Daystar and various other media networks
• was recognized as one of the Top 40 young Kingdom voices in the United States
• served as Chairman of the Executive Council of Eighteen for the Church of God, Cleveland, TN
• served on the Church of God International World Missions Board

Kaci Stewart is a speaker and worship leader with a deep love for Jesus, people, and the presence of God. Her heart is to encourage others, to live with courage, purpose, and a fresh awareness of God’s nearness. She serves on the International Women’s Advisory Council for the Church of God and the Empowered21 Worship Collective Executive Team. 

For over two decades, Kaci has served in pastoral ministry alongside her husband, Tony, while also investing in the spiritual formation of women, leaders, and the Church with a passion for global Kingdom impact. She is the founder of BRAVE Women’s Conference and SMILE, a ministry serving single moms, and she actively supports organizations serving sexually exploited and trafficked women and youth.

Known for her heartfelt and Spirit-led ministry, Kaci carries a deep desire to encourage women, strengthen the Church, and point people to the transforming presence of God. She and Tony are the proud parents of two daughters, and she counts being their mom among life’s greatest joys.
